Trying to find the right combination of
vitamins and suppliments for women over 40 can be be quite
an undertaking. We're getting older, our bodies are
changing and we don't necessiarly need the same amounts of
vitamins we used to. Chances are we need more. We
can't get all the vitamins we need in our diet without major
research and coordination daily - and who has time for
that!
I have always liked the "YOU" books from Dr Michael Roisen
and Dr Memet Oz. "YOU: The Owner's Manual" and "YOU On A
Diet" are my favorites. Their books are well written and easy
for the non-medical person to understand. They also have
a terrific website Real
Age.com. They have a great list of
mulitvitamin ingredients everyone should look for as
well.
